Very courteous and professional! Called ahead to give ETA on arrival. Kept me apprised of any issues during maintenance.

I called this morning saying I had no hot water and Whitney put me on the schedule for today right away. Shawn came in the afternoon and was great at diagnosing that the gas company had turned off the gas. Everyone was professional as always with JD’s staff. Still a very happy customer.

Had my service done. All good.

With most of the local companies be purchased by private equity these days, you really lose that hometown service. JD is a local owner who treats you the way you expect at a fair price. I had some plumbing problems and had the opportunity to work with JD the owner. This company really knows what they are doing and how to do a phenomenal job!

JDs came out to assess an issue with an external drainage pipe. He took his time, assessed the situation, and helped with a work around until we could fix the full problem. He was all about helping and find a solution that was budget friendly.

They were an excellent help! The two quickly identified the problem and got to work solving it. They communicated with us the entire time and provided all the information we needed to pass along to our landlord so he can avoid similar problems in the future. Nobody wants to need a plumber, but if you do, we highly recommend this company.

Shawn came in on July 13th to do pre inspection of my water heater. He informed me that I had a bad element and informed me the age of the water heater. With how he explained it the age and just replacing the bad elements it may last for awhile or longer. I decided to have him give me a quote on a new unit. Shawn was very informative and explained the different levels of services as well as letting me know what he would do when he installs the new water heater. I went with the Silver agreement and Shawn explained all the services I would have available to me. Shawn installed my unit on July 14th and again he explained all that he did to install the water heater. Then made sure the air was out of the plumbing lines and I had hot water coming out of the faucets. Shawn even called JD to set up my fall PT with Dustin. I was very satisfied with Shawn's work, his knowledge, and especially his professionalism. I would definitely recommend JD Plumbing & Heating to family/friends. Blessings, Diana Galves

I’m not one to usually call for help but I called them and they were out the next morning. They got done what couldn’t do and were friendly, honest and upfront about the whole process and pricing. They have very affordable maintenance packages available as well. I look forward to having them service my HVAC and plumbing from here on out 🙂Thank you guys so much 🫶

Had a difficult clogged drain that has happened a few times over the years. JD did great sticking with it and did so at a great price. He also quoted a repair to make it right long term. Very pleased.

Quick and went beyond expectations to remove outside gas piping. Tim was friendly and courteous. Numerous jobs done now and I have found outstanding service.
