From my initial call with Whitney, who is always very pleasant and friendly, and he (Shawn) arrived within a few hours, completed a quick evaluation of the problem and a solution to address the issue efficiently, quickly and a time to complete the issue. Absolutely the best of the best! Timely, extremely knowledgeable, cost-friendly…and even on a frigid day they brought up my garbage cans from the end of my driveway. You can tell they genuinely care about doing right by their customers and taking care of your home. I’ll be choosing them again and again. Thank you so much for getting my heat up and running, teaching me a thing or two, and offering me great options for the future.

Monday evening my furnace went out. I called jd business and he was very prompt with helping me with my problem. Very satisfied with his compassion with my problem. I have used jd iand his team in the past and was blown away with this company. Excellent service. I would highly recommend them. Thank u soooo much for your service. U have a customer for life!!!!

Highly referred to us by NIPSCO. Fit us in their busy schedule to do a pressure test on gas lines; ended up finding various gas leaks that we were unaware of. Technician worked very hard to repair it all. Professional, honest & kind. They call when on their way. They assess the situation and then give you a quote so you know what to expect. It was a big expense that caught us off guard but needed done. Quilty work!

100% recommend JD 🪠 & 🔥!! We had a somewhat serious issue. Within hours he was out to diagnose the problem and gave a solution with estimate. The next day he was out and by midday it was fixed. Very knowledgeable, great communication, and clean!

The 2 gentleman arrived, unclogged the drain, no nonsense, and explained the issue very clearly and offered advice for the future. Left the work space very clean after the work was completed. Very happy overall, would call JD again!

Guys came and nailed out a small leak behind a toilet for me.they noticed some other items that needed work in the future and sent me a quote for that to get repaired. Super appreciative of them coming out quick and also noticing other things that will need to be repaired.
