Great customer service and easy to work with. Also the quality of work completed was great with no issues. Very friendly staff and clean. Answer questions when asked for full customer support. Would highly recommend.

DJ Plumbing and Heating responded the same day we called for service to the backed up drain line to the septic tank. They showed up with state of the art equipment and quickly fixed the drain. The workman and work woman showed up with clean cloths, the work site was left clean and their language was clean!! We would not hesitate to recommend DJ Plumbing.

Have used JD and crew for several projects. Just helped a friend get a new water heater. Whitney was helpful in getting things scheduled. Dustin was on time and professional in helping to get things installed and operating correctly for my friend. I appreciate JD and crew for all their work and knowledge.

As a proud penny-pincher, a new A/C unit wasn't a solution I planned for, but the technician was very helpful in explaining my options. After spending a few hours prodding and poking the corpse that is my compressor, he knew I had to let 'er go. Kind, while also professional.

New furnace and AC unit installed in May. They were very careful about laying down sheeting to protect my floors and they cleaned up after themselves very well! When it came time for the seasonal check and filter replacement, they were got me on the schedule right away. Would recommend. Thank you, JD and team!

We had a water leak at our hot water heater on Easter Sunday eveninig. I called JD Plumbing and it was explained to me that they could not come out. I called another company and was told they would send someone out. We stayed up until 3:00AM waiting. No show. At 7:00 AM JD plumbing called to see if we still needed help. They gave us a time frame that worked. JD came out, Assessed the problem, and fixed it in short order. JD is pleasant and knows his stuff. He gave us a veteran's discount. They have a membership program with great perks. We will be using them again when the need arises.

JD came to the house and did a great job installing a new toilet. He saw several issues that could cause problems in the future and not only corrected the problems but took the time to explain to me the importance of what he did! I would highly recommend him especially with his attention to detail!!!
