New furnace and AC unit installed in May. They were very careful about laying down sheeting to protect my floors and they cleaned up after themselves very well! Shawn B was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We appreciate his honesty and that he didn’t try to sell services that weren’t needed. He took the time to troubleshoot the issue and explain things. He eased our mind about our septic and venting systems. It was a simple clog that another company insisted was a piping issue and wouldn’t attempt to clean the drain. We will definitely use JD’s again.

Has been very professional and knowledgeable about HVAC air flow CFM Now that the service work has been completed JD Plumbing and Heating LLC went above our expectations. Not only did they complete what was agreed to. The Technician replaced equipment, and drain that he notice was not properly working at no extra cost for us! That is Excellence!
