I always feel more confident when he is working on the problem. The annual maintenance plan is well worth it. His office manager does a great job too in communicating and coordinating appointments.

We have found our new plumber! My wife and I were very happy with the outcome of a recent, big bathroom project. It was our first experience with your company. Shawn/Sean spent several hours at our place. He replaced a leaking toilet, reworked the plumbing to our shower (which was not working) and replaced the drain. Highly referred to us by NIPSCO. Fit us in their busy schedule to do a pressure test on gas lines; ended up finding various gas leaks that we were unaware of. Technician worked very hard to repair it all. Professional, honest & kind. They call when on their way. They assess the situation and then give you a quote so you know what to expect. It was a big expense that caught us off guard but needed done. Quilty work!

My wife and I needed a new Air conditioning unit. A young man by the name of Dustin was sent out. He was a man on a mission, very organized and kept to the job at hand. He knew what needed done and finished it and impressed me. I had no idea of what all it took to set up a new unit, but thank God he was a true professional !!!This is the second time Ive had J D plumbing out to the house, I would highly recommend them for a company that does it right the first time. Awesome people, they came and saw the scope of work that was required to fix my problem (a corroded drain pipe from the bath room in a 57 year old home), gave me a quote and repair date. They were on time and friendly and keep me informed of everything that they were doing.

J.D. Plumbing and Heating is the best in the business in our area! J.D. has diagnosed and solved complex plumbing issues in our downtown Goshen home, and I don’t trust anyone else to service our heating and cooling systems. All of their service technicians do quality work, clean up after themselves and give great recommendations and advice for next steps in service. Their phone/text services are top of the line as well.
