They did a wonderful job a few months ago on my MILs water heater replacement after a mess with a tankless one. It was installed incorrectly by some other company causing damage to the floor and wall (hard water can cause slow unseen death without a softener). They were professional and did a quick and clean job. So when my furnace had issue they were my first call. I wish I didn’t need to replace but it had over 20 years of good service and I could tell it had troubles. They showed me pictures of the dangers inside with one being a cracked heat exchange. Price is absolutely fair as I was afraid it would be much more and am looking forward to the install. They brought me space heaters as they didn’t want to leave me in the cold! I would definitely recommend them!

He took the time to troubleshoot the issue and explain things. He eased our mind about our septic and venting systems. It was a simple clog that another company insisted was a piping issue and wouldn’t attempt to clean the drain. We will definitely use JD’s again.
